•Coaching Account Managers •Phone requirement •Provides side by side coaching for Account Managers to improve results, productivity, and customer engagement through efficient and effective coaching activities • Takes escalated supervisor calls as needed • Actively participates in call listening sessions and calibrates on call quality • Participates in projects or initiatives as assigned

Qualifications
|
• Successful in coaching and mentoring peers to improve performance • Successful in phone skills with negotiations, sales, customer satisfaction and productivity • 6 months of previous management, leadership, coaching or training experience in a call center environment. • Must be able to create an environment in which morale, creativity and motivation thrives • Demonstrate effective leadership and relationship building skills • Flexible with schedule – must be able to work weekends • Experience in Customer Service, Marketing or Collections preferred. • Previous Peer Coach /Mentor experience preferred • Schedule and Availability Requirements Day Availability: 4:45am-7pm Night Availability: 10:30am-1am Weekend / Holiday Availability needed |
